DAY 1  San José
Arrival. Welcome at the airport. Transfer in to the Hotel in San José, capital city of pacific ; Free afternoon and night in San José, where you can visit nice interesting places such as the National Theater or some precolombian museums. Lodging.

DAY 2  Valle de Los Santos
Breakfastien San José. On the way to Zona de Los Santos, you can visit the IrazúVolcano, the highest volcano of a 3432 meters above sea level. Continue to Santa María de Dota, in the Los Santos area. Biocoffee Adventure Tour at Finca Sol Colibrí and Beneficio Ecológico Montañas del Diamante, where you Hill learn about the complete process of the organic coffee production, from the field to the processing plant. At the end you will taste a delicious high quality cup of coffee. Lodging at a hotel in the area

DAY 3  Valle de Los Santos
Breakfast in the Hotel. Early departure to Extreme Forest Park at Providencia, where you will enjoy adventure activities Such as Canopy tour, rapel, tree climbing, walk over a single cable and liberate all the energy in outdoor activities. In the afternoon, you can have a nice cup of highland coffee or visit one of the small milking parlors in the area. Overnight in a lodge of the area.

DAY 4  Valle de Los Santos / Valle del General
Breakfast in the Hotel. Visit to the Páramo, low vegetation environment of template climates. Quetzal watch tour, to observe the beauty of this bird of the highlands along the trails. Transfer to Valle del General. Free afternoon and night. Lodging at a hotel of the area.

DAY 5  Valle del General
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer to Nauyaca Waterfalls, where you will take the horseback riding tour through don Lulo´s farm, and have breakfast before arriving to the waterfall. Once there you can take a refreshing dip and enjoy the spectacular view. Lunch and return back to the start point. Tranfer to Dominical, in the Pacific coast, where you will check in at your hotel and enjoy visiting the surroundings for the rest of the afternoon.

DAY 6  Uvita / Marino Ballena National Park
Breakfast in the Hotel. Morning visit to the Ballena Marine Nacional Park, one of the parks with the riches marine populations, and place of frequent sightings of the Humpback Whales. Visit to the Whales´t Tail , rock ref. formation that in low tide looks like the tail of a Whale. In the afternoon you could take a dolphin match tour or any other activity in the area. Lodging at a Hotel in the area.

DAY 7 Uvita/Manuel Antonio
Breakfast in the Hotel. Transfer to Manuel Antonio, Northward on the Costanera Highway. After the trip you will have the rest of the day fee to explore the area of Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Lunch and dinner at the hotel in Manuel Antonio.

DAY 8  Manuel Antonio
Breakfast at the Hotel. Visit to Manuel Antonio Nacional Park, where you will discover the special environment at the sea shore, along the trails with abundant fauna. Afterwards, we can relax at the white sand beach, one of the most popular beaches of , and explore other rurroundings. Dinner and Lodging in Manuel Antonio.

DAY 9  Manuel Antonio/San José
Breakfast at the Hotel. You will take the road from Manuel Antonio to San José, a beautiful route along the Pacific coast watching the views of the changing environments until the junction with the Panamerian Highway and reach the cooler climate, going across small colourful towns and gentle people. Free afternoon in San José. At night, we reccommend to enjoy dinner rememoring your nice experience in . Lodging in the capital of .

DAY 10  San José
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer out to Juan Santamaría Intrenational airport to take your flight back home.
